A practice built on assessment, not repetition.
Sessions are 45–60 minutes and begin with a careful evaluation. The goal is to resolve the pattern, so you don't have to keep coming back for the same thing.
Structural, functional, and grounded in anatomy.
Therapeutic Bodywork is a potent treatment that begins with a thorough assessment, then combines osteopathic techniques, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, deep tissue, and assisted stretching.
In general, all techniques are firm but gentle. Applying excessive force into pain is counter-productive. The body opens to careful, attentive work.
Several sessions may be helpful, but profound, lasting effects often arrive after a single treatment. The goal is for you to not need to keep coming back for the same issue.

- Craniosacral therapy
- A light-touch nervous system reset that restores rhythm and ease.
- Deep tissue
- Targeted depth where it's needed, never force, never beyond what the body invites.
